What we collect

To issue a Digital Signature Certificate we collect the details the Certifying Authority requires: PAN, Aadhaar number, date of birth, photograph, mobile number, email, and (for organisation DSC) the entity's registration documents. We only collect what's needed for the specific service you asked for.

How we use it

Your information is used to (a) apply for and issue your DSC or file the compliance form you engaged us for, (b) verify your identity via Aadhaar e-KYC and video verification, and (c) contact you about your case. We do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Who we share with

Only the Certifying Authority partner processing your DSC (Capricorn, eMudhra, VSign, or similar, as chosen for your case), the government portal receiving your compliance filing (MCA, GST, DGFT, Income Tax), and our internal team handling your case. Aadhaar authentication is performed via the UIDAI's e-KYC APIs; we don't store your Aadhaar OTPs.

Retention

Application records are retained for 7 years to comply with statutory record-keeping obligations under the IT Act and CCA guidelines. You may request earlier deletion of any records not required by law.

Your rights
